Boreham Wood F.C.

Boreham Wood F.C., is 20-30 minutes away from the City on the First Capital Connect (previously Thameslink) rail route. The nearest station is Elstree and Boreham Wood, and the ground is a 5 minute cab ride or 10 minute walk from the station with plenty of cabs available. A full FCC (Thameslink) Timetable can be downloaded below. The ground is also just five minutes drive from the A1, and only ten minutes away from the M25 (junction 23).

Boreham Wood F.C. is the venue for many of Arsenal's reserve and ladies fixtures, renowned as one of the best playing surfaces amongst the non-league grounds. The club reached the 2006 FA Trophy semi-finals, and are definitely considered to be an "up-and-coming" club.
